Elicia Pegues Spearman has been a force in Fortune 500, state and federal agencies and national nonprofit circles for over 25 years. Her decades-long career at companies and organizations includes executive and senior leadership roles at Aetna, Hubbell and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Her extensive and diverse expertise gained her the title of ‘first’ for positions she held for General Dynamics Electric Boat, Quinnipiac University and the North Atlantic Regional of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.
