Her capability led to the accomplishment of reaching over a million streams worldwide. As early as 2014, Noelle captured the hearts of many, when she was crowned Miss Georgia Teen USA 2014 and has since earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism from Lindenwood University.
