In this capacity, Erika helped to raise over $3 million. In addition to participating in her many community service organizations, Erika is one of 238 businesses and non-profit organizations that has consistently supported the Dallas Mayor’s Intern Fellows Program. She has deligently supported one of the educational organizations within the Dallas School District and provided scholarships to students participating in the educational program entitled, “Educational Is Freedom”. Each year an intern from this program is given an opportunity to work at the law office and, once the intern completes the program and enters college, Attorney Salter provides financial assistance to students that have worked for the law firm.

Erika N. Salter is a native of Tampa, Florida. She has a BA in English Education from Tuskegee University and a Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
